Our martial arts programs are broken into age groups so that we can work with each student and give them age appropriate challenges and goals.
Kids Martial Arts ( 5 to 9 Years Old) – This program helps develop students both mentally and physically. Students are challenged with different exercises and drills that develop their social skills like teamwork, respect, leadership and goal setting. Teen Martial Arts (10 to 14 Years Old) – Our program for teenagers help them cope with the growing desire to be independent while giving them the structure and discipline they still need.
