Women's Self Defense Seminar

You don't have to be scared anymore. Attend our Women's Self Defense Seminar and learn how to protect yourself from various attack scenarios. This seminar is open to any woman over the age of 12 years old. We answer any and all of your questions during the seminar and show you easy to practice techniques that could save your life if you ever become the victim of an attack.
